  • several years of experience in backend development with common frameworks (especially NodeJS

  • support of your colleagues from the First Level Support - in the context of the consultation - to the functionality and use of the applications
  • significant participation in the further development and optimization of existing processes

Your Profile:

  • completed IT training (e.g. IT specialist, system electronics technician, also IT system administrator possible) or career changer with solid IT knowledge
  • at least two years professional experience, e.g. IT support, user helpdesk for technical products or in technical service
  • excellent knowledge of all popular Microsoft server and client products (OnPremise and cloud based)
  • ITIL basic knowledge and first experiences in the area of problem management
  • strong service orientation and enjoyment of telephone contact
  • quick comprehension, strong organisation and independent way of working

Your Responsibilities:

  • You accept telephone enquiries and fault reports and process or forward them in a qualified manner after analysis and prioritisation (first-level support).
  • Depending on your existing experience, you can also provide support in second-level support.
  • You inform customers/users about the processing status or about the solution to their request.
  • You record service requests in the ticket system and ensure clear documentation of processes and correct maintenance in the database.
  • General consulting on functionality and use of applications
  • Use and further development of existing IT documentation

Your Profile:

  • You have completed an IT training (e.g. IT specialist, system electronics technician, also IT system clerk possible) or are a career changer with solid IT knowledge
  • You have at least two years of professional experience, e.g. IT support, user helpdesk for technical products or in technical service
  • You have gained basic ITIL knowledge and initial experience in the area of problem management.
  • With a pronounced service orientation and a love of telephone contact, you will always be able to approach users with sympathy and increase their satisfaction.
  • You have a quick grasp, are strong in organisation and are characterised by an independent way of working.
  • You are flexible and able to work under stress
  • Very well versed in MS Office

Your Responsibilities:

  • administration and support of client & server environments, as well as networks of our customers under Microsoft operating systems
  • preparation and configuration of servers according to customer requirements
  • installation and commissioning of complete systems and partial solutions for our customers
  • support and assistance for our customers by telephone, remotely and on site

Your Profile:

  • a completed training in the IT sector or similar qualifications
  • sound knowledge and experience with server and network administration/support
  • very good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (Windows Server 2003/2008, Windows Terminal Server, Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 10)
  • knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and SQL servers
  • knowledge of server hardware, PC peripherals and system software (ideally Dell)
  • experience with network technology (switching, routing, VPN) in connection with CISCO components
  • practical experience with virtualization technologies (Microsoft Hyper-V)
  • You are able to independently develop and implement solutions for customer-specific requirements.
  • You enjoy dealing with customers on the phone and in person, have a good command of the German and English language.
  • You are dynamic, sociable, flexible and able to work under pressure, have a talent for coordination and the will to move things forward.
  • A driver's license (class B) is mandatory.
